Once they receive their gift box they need to follow the simple gift registration instructions, providing their details and specifying the penguin they would like to adopt. They are then sent:

A colour photograph of their adopted penguin and
A complimentary ticket valid for any SEA LIFE centre
The complimentary ticket is valid for any of the ten SEA LIFE centres & sanctuaries in the UK. They are based in:

Items are sent using First Class Royal Mail or a Courier, so you can expect to receive your order in 1-3 working days. To make life simple, standard delivery costs a flat rate of £3.99 for the entire order, no matter how much you buy. - Next Working Day - £5.99
Order before 3pm (Mon-Thurs) to receive your order on the next working day during business hours. Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays will arrive in two working days.
We will notify you of your 1 hour delivery time slot by email, on the morning of your delivery. A signature is required. - Next Working Day by 12pm - £7.99
