Simply plug it into the mains (or use the car cigarette lighter adaptor also provided) sit down and pick up the control device.
From the control unit you can select the type of massage you would like:
Upper Back Allows you to select the strength of your message. Choose from 2 levels of intensity.
Lower Back Allows you to select the strength of your message. Choose from 2 levels of intensity.
Seat Allows you to select the strength of your message. Choose from 2 levels of intensity.
Heat Button Allows you to apply heat to your back for extra comfort.

- Most items are sent by Express Delivery. These are sent using First Class Royal Mail or a Courier, so you can expect to receive your order in 1-3 working days. To make life simple, Express Delivery costs a flat rate of £3.99 for the entire order, no matter how much you buy. - Guaranteed Next Working Day costs £5.99 per order. Just tick the "Guaranteed Next Working Day" checkbox at the checkout. Your order must be placed by 3pm to receive a next day service. Your order will need to be signed for, and delivery takes place between 9am and 5:30pm. As this is a next working day service, deliveries do not take place at weekends or bank holidays.
