In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will offer either a full refund or replacement. We will also refund your original and return postage costs, if we are at fault.

Firstly we would like to point out that not a single customer has reported the fraudulent use of their credit or debit card, after shopping with Needapresent.com
That's because we use the most advanced software available to encrypt your credit / debit card details (for the technically minded, it's 128 bit SSL.) That encryption process jumbles up the characters you enter, making it unreadable to anyone but ourselves.
For added security, we do not store your credit card details.
We are so confident about our site security, that we offer a secure shopping guarantee. In the unlikely event someone uses your card at Needapresent.com without your authorisation, most banks / card issuers will cover all those charges - or they may limit your liability to just £50.00. The story so far...
"Martin came up with the idea for Needapresent.com in 1999 when he had a little more time on his hands than usual - thanks to a broken arm!
We were both sick and tired of rushing around the shops whenever we needed a present for someone. What we wanted was an easy to use website - full of stylish gifts, at reasonable prices - which would take the hassle out of gift buying.
So we scoured hundreds of stores in London, Paris and New York… looking for unique, funky products. We went to trade fairs, read countless newspapers, magazines and catalogues - until we had a range of gifts that we would be proud to give ourselves.
We went online in April 2000. Since then the site has gone from strength to strength and we now have thousands of satisfied customers across the globe. We hope you will be one of them."

We aim to deliver within the UK in around two days. Worldwide delivery times vary (see delivery options under the information section) We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
