Ordering, Delivery & Returns

You can buy products from us online, or by telephone. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive a worldpay email confirmation for the transaction amount. This means your bank has authorised the transaction, but does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation once the goods have been despatched.

You can pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. All prices include VAT.

The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.

We aim to deliver within the UK in around two days. Worldwide delivery times vary (see delivery options under the information section) We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by Recorded delivery within 30 days for a refund of the item or a replacement. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will NOT be refunded if your order is simply unwanted or unsuitable. We guarantee that you will receive your refund within 4 weeks.

Personalised items
Please note that personalised items, including Personalised Football Books, Personalised Caricatures and Personalised Sweet Jars cannot be returned for a refund, unless they are damaged or faulty.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

When placing an order with Needapresent.com, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
